This project took 2 existing units within the Trump Place tower and combined them into 1 unit. The combined apartment included a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The material palette took a tone on tone approach applied to traditional materials, ensuring it would be market ready once complete. Walnut floors, Carrara stone, and polished nickel Lefroy Brooks fixtures accentuate the clean white backdrop of the traditional apartment with modern details.
We collaborate with our affiliated architecture firm, Hill West to create holistic buildings that are as thoughtfully designed on the exterior as they are on the interior.
