During our initial design, the discovery of extra zoning areas allowed for the addition of a 3,000 square foot sky lounge atop the building.
Honed marble, high-end appliances, custom wood veneers and floors, hand-made wallcovering, and decorative metal mesh juxtaposed with blackened metal accents achieves the sophisticated and clean aesthetic of the amenity spaces and residential units, giving the visual and functional update the building needed.
