Penthouse Residence

This project took two existing units within the building and combined them into one unit.The material palette took a tone on tone approach applied to traditional materials, ensuring it would be market ready once complete. Walnut floors, Carrara marble stone, and polished nickel Lefroy Brooks fixtures accentuate the clean white backdrop of the traditional apartment with modern details.
