The lobby design features a sculptural chandelier by Brooklyn-based designer Rosie Li, custom artwork and a double-sided fireplace connecting to the garden lounge.
Other amenities include a fitness studio, coworking spaces, children’s playroom, and landscaped terraces. Each space was designed to encourage community and engagement, with a layered material palette, ambient lighting, and attention to scale and proportion enhancing the overall experience.
Residences feature modern finishes with organic and nature-like patterns. Kitchens feature cabinets of Italian lacquered wood and reeded glass doors with brushed metal hardware atop quartzite counters and backsplashes. The use of zero-VOC paints exemplifies the organic design infused throughout the residences. Floor-to-ceiling operable windows alongside private terraces continue reinforce connection to natural light and the surrounding neighborhood.
