Over 10,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenities were designed to encourage social engagement and relaxation, with lighting and materials carefully coordinated for visual depth and coherence. On the 2nd floor tenants can take advantage of a children’s playroom, dining and lounge space, outdoor terrace, and fitness center, and yoga studio.
The second amenity level is located on the 10th floor, providing panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline from the co-working lounge, library and chef’s kitchen leading out to two rooftop decks with grilles and additional lounge seating.
Residences prioritize everyday luxury, with layouts emphasizing durability, light, and flow. Brushed nickel hardware, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops were selected to create resilient, elegant interiors suitable for daily living. The project translates industrial inspiration into approachable, high-quality residential environments.
