The project designed by Hill West Architects, spans 123,344 gross square feet, 13-stories and 87 condominiums, with a thoughtful relationship between the building’s facade and interior spaces, allowing light, proportion, and texture to define the experience.
Residences offer a variety of layouts, featuring white oak floors, high ceilings, overside windows, and custom Poliform cabinetry with brushed nickel accents. Thermador appliances were selected for their integration of style and function, oversized windows, and open-plan arrangements that optimize light and flow.
Public areas, including the lobby, dining spaces, lounges, fitness suite, music room, and children’s playroom, were designed to balance functionality with elegance, using layered finishes, bespoke lighting, and custom millwork to create warmth and visual interest.
