The materials in the lobby are minimal, with an exposed concrete finish and a big splash of honey onyx as the focal point and a custom designed chandelier by Whitehall.
As you move further into the building, finishes become softer with refined accents. Each amenity area has its own unique experience, from the tenant lounge with airy and fresh finishes and a connecting outdoor terrace space to the billiards lounge and library with rich walnut paneling and bronze lighting accents.
Standout design elements at North Park Tower are the custom designed unit entry signage and lighting, designed by Whitehall to evoke a moody and bespoke experience. The residences are light and airy with pops of brass metal accents and a wide plank oak wood flooring throughout.
The kitchens are modern and luxurious, detailed with a Shaker profile and warm bronze hardware at the cabinetry. The bathrooms have honed limestone and marble on the floors, walls, and tub surrounds. The light colored stone is accented with brass plumbing fittings and warm toned metal legs at the vanities. All of the plumbing fixtures were custom designed and manufactured for this project by Watermark.
North Park Tower uses organic finishes such as raw woods, concrete, honed natural stones, and brass finishes which will change over time and become more beautiful with age.
